Type what you did, pick a category, and press Add. Your saved entries appear here newest first, with the time shown in your own local clock.
Each Add saves one entry — the text, the category, and the moment it was logged — to your personal list. The list is tied to you: nobody else using this app can see or change your entries.
Leaving the Entry box empty and pressing Add doesn't save anything; it just refreshes the list, which is handy after adding a few things from another device.
Categories are free text — the chips above are shortcuts, but you can type any label you like, such as “garden” or “reading”. Reusing the same wording keeps your list easy to skim.
